Payments

 I prefer USPS money order or cash as a form of payment but may accept PayPal for smaller amounts. PayPal customers will be invoiced through PayPal and be charged a 4% surcharge to cover PayPal's fees. International buyers may need to transfer funds from their bank to mine. I will also accept bank transfers from domestic buyers. All bank transfer charges by each bank must be borne by buyer.
No material will be shipped until funds are secured in my account. All material is sold as-is. All sales are final, no returns, no refunds. That being stated I will be as honest as possible in my description of these pieces. 

Regarding large purchases and vehicle purchases payment will be addressed on an individual basis. Title transfer, shipping, pick up, or any other similar process will not be initiated until funds are securely deposited in my account.

In the event a purchase is made on an item that I do not personally own the payment must be made to the owner on THIER terms. I may or may not agree to act as their agent.

Shipping

The majority of items offered for sale by TTRS will be shipped either via USPS or Fed Ex. I will include insurance on all items shipped by these methods and provide a tracking number.

Larger items and vehicles  may require a more involved process and they will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Local pickup may also be arranged on a case by case basis.

International shipments will be available for many items and ACTUAL SALES PRICE will be listed on all customs forms...NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
